“We are looking for a new pump technology that will transfer water with oil from shallow collection basins underneath escalators in our subway system. The pump transfers fluid to a gravity oil/water separator prior to discharge. This area has minor base flow of Groundwater with rain infiltration, sediment and some solids. Petroleum Tank Sludge Cleaning Pump Systems

Navin writes: Our NJ base petroleum tank desludging company has been advised by our consulting engineering firm to seek out a suitable diaphragm pump manufacturer to pump out heavy viscous petroleum sludge with some percentage of inorganics. The engineers have advised us that diaphragm pumps are suitable for this application because of its ability to run dry without damage to the pump. Please confirm this is the case. We are looking for a fleet of portable units as compact as possible that we can tow with our Toro Workman HD vehicles that we use on site. Alternative to AODD Pumps

We are interested in alternatives to our current line of air operated double diaphragm pumps for manufacturing porcelain toilets and sinks near. Our facility wants to reduce energy costs and power consumption for managing our pump fleets. The pumps we are looking for are diaphragm pumps with solids handling capability up to 1” with 40% solids at approximately 30 GPM.
